Billing & Payments

If you’ve selected a MediGold plan with a monthly premium, there are three easy ways to pay your monthly plan premium:

• Have your payment automatically withdrawn from a designated bank account each month through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Just complete our EFT Form to take advantage of this convenient option.
• Mail your payments to MediGold each  month using our Payment Coupon Book. If you didn’t select an alternative payment method when you enrolled, you will receive a coupon book. Please follow the instructions outlined in the coupon book and mail your payment to:

• Have your premium deducted from your Social Security Check. Simply fill out our Social Security Withhold Request Form and mail it to the address listed on the form.
