With MediGold, you have the option of separately purchasing a Dental Plan administered by our partner, Delta Dental. This plan is exclusively available to current MediGold members and those who are applying to join MediGold.
2014 Dental Plan Highlights
- You pay no deductibles.
- You pay $0 for covered preventive dental care.
- You pay $0 for covered diagnostic dental procedures.
- You pay only 50% of the cost of covered restorative services.
- There is a $1,000 calendar year maximum benefit.
In 2014, the Dental Plan premium is $23.00 per month. This amount must be paid in addition to your MediGold monthly plan premium (if applicable) and your Medicare Part B premium.

SilverSneakers fitness memberships are available to MediGold members at no additional cost. As a SilverSneakers member, you have access to more than 11,000 participating locations across the country. SilverSneakers can help you stay fit, have fun and make friends through physical activity, health education and social events.

MediGold members have coverage for one routine eye exam each year (copay may apply). As a member, you have access to VSP providers nationwide and receive a 20% discount on routine frames and lenses when written and filled by a VSP provider.

Hearing Aid Discounts
Our members receive discounts on hearing aids, hearing aid batteries and other services like factory repairs. Just present your MediGold ID card at a participating center.

Medical Equipment Discounts
MediGold members have benefits for all medical equipment and supplies that meet Medicare criteria for coverage. For other equipment and supplies, Edgepark and Cornerstone, our medical equipment suppliers, offer a 20% discount on items not covered by Medicare. Those items include circulation stockings, incontinence supplies, bandages, nutritional supplements, personal living aids and more.

MediGold members are eligible to receive a 20% discount on thousands of CVS/pharmacy® Brand health-related items using our CVS Caremark ExtraCare® Health Card.

At MediGold, we work to ensure that you receive appropriate care to treat, heal and monitor your medical condition. Through our Care Management services, one of our registered nurses can provide free assistance to help you:
• Understand and better manage your condition

• Coordinate services such as homecare, medical supplies or equipment
• Address home safety concerns
